The Road Map Project’s 2019 Annual Results Report is now available. Please read it with the awareness that the report was written right before the outbreak of the COVID-19 global pandemic. We are now focused on our region’s emergency response and meeting the basic needs of children and families. Keep in mind that the report covers 2019—a year of tremendous regional prosperity and glaring income inequality. The report shines light on some promising areas of progress, and points to the continued need to build much stronger systems of support for our students. Once this crisis subsides and we begin to recover and rebuild, let us seize opportunities to build a more just and equitable society, one that intentionally serves and uplifts our communities.
