The Community Center for Education Results is a nonprofit created to serve as the Road Map Project’s backbone organization. The team provides data, research, communications, program, logistical, and other supports in service to the initiative.

Since CCER became a Black-led organization in 2020, the team has continued their work to become an anti-racist organization, and made some new changes that reflect their efforts to center community and lead with race. These changes include a minimum $70K salary for CCER staff, flexible PTO, and Summer Fridays off to prioritize employee wellbeing and rest.
