In 2019, Community Center for Education Results (CCER) partnered with Education Northwest to conduct a three-year external evaluation of the Road Map Project Academic Parent Teacher Teams (APTT) initiative. APTT is an initiative to support seven schools across two school districts — Highline Public Schools and Seattle Public Schools — to develop educator and family capacity for data-driven collaboration focused on improving student academic outcomes.
