Jordan is a Data Scientist at CCER, supporting initiatives to increase college-readiness in students. Jordan studied mathematics at the University of Washington. After graduating, he wanted to share his love for the subject, and became a teaching fellow in a program called Math for America in Los Angeles, where he taught math for 6 years. As a Data Scientist, he looks forward to continuing to make an impact in youths’ lives and improving equity and access in education. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, chess, and hiking. Jordan’s favorite place in the Road Map Project region is Yummy Meats and Deli, where you can eat one of the most delicious fried chicken sandwiches you’ve ever tried.
