Fredolyn staffs the Puget Sound College and Career Network Steering Committee. As a first-generation college graduate, Fredolyn is a certified transformational leader and teacher with deep practitioner roots in public school and charter school districts serving diverse ethnic, linguistic, and low socioeconomic settings in Houston, Tacoma, and the greater Puget Sound.

Since 2016, Fredolyn has served as a regional manager supporting college and career readiness through technical assistance, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Previously, Fredolyn was Dean of Students, Instructional Lead and Coach and Founding Teacher of Greendot School District and has taught at YES Prep. Prior to teaching, she contributed to the expansion of services at the University of Washington’s Dream Project to five more high schools.

Fredolyn holds a bachelor’s degree from UW and a master’s from Johns Hopkins University. Having grown up in South Seattle, one of Fredolyn’s favorite places to grocery shop is Fou Lee, best known for their Filipino food and deli.
