Fa’izah Bradford

Senior Director, Racial Equity Impact
Community Center for Education Results

Fa’izah is committed to exposing and addressing systemic barriers to racial equity. After working in the corporate sector for nearly eighteen years, a moral imperative for educational excellence compelled Fa’izah to transition to the public and nonprofit sectors. There, she has led departments, school districts, and organizations in setting policy and cultivating culture, climate, and conditions that strive towards anti-racism, attract and retain a diverse and high-quality workforce, center historically marginalized voices, foster innovation, and maximize outcomes beyond outputs. Fa’izah has a bachelor’s in business management from Northwest University and earned her master’s in educational leadership from Washington State University. Born and raised in the Road Map Project region, her favorite place to be is home in Des Moines.
