As a Research Analyst, Annia provides measurement and research support for CCER staff, community members, K12 districts, colleges, improvement networks, and other Road Map Project partners. She is most passionate about using data as an organizing tool to empower communities of color and challenging negative narratives through data-driven storytelling. Annia earned her Master of Public Policy from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, a Bachelors in American Ethnic Studies from University of Washington. Her graduate capstone focused on evaluating housing and tenant policies that mitigate against displacement of low-income and renters of color in unincorporated Los Angeles. Originally from the Road Map Region, Annia enjoys frequenting Linh Son in Federal Way or Maruta Shoten in Georgetown.
